the apathetic staff at optimist tenerife hardly made me feel like a valued guest. who thought only changing towels every 4 days was acceptable? The lack of air conditioning was unfathomable. should have seen the management fumble their way through. a complimentary welcome gift would have really helped boost their lackluster service. almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

ideal spot for city walks and beach access along the coast
the whole residence is right in the middle of everything in Las Americas, and I loved being just a few steps from the beach and amazing restaurants, making it super convenient for my weekend strolls and park views.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, and private. Loved chilling with a cold drink on the balcony after a lekker day. The host was super helpful, always just a quick text away!
Only one key for the whole place was a bit of a hassle, especially since you needed it to get out too.

the complex is super close to the beach and lots of shops n restaurants. the apartment was really clean and had all the stuff u need like an iron, hairdryer, and even extra pillows when we asked. the pool area was nice and relaxing, perfect for chillin. I liked having the option to stay till 16:30 when my family left early. that was a really nice touch. overall, great for families with kids!

Loved the clean pool area with sun loungers. The location was perfect for beach access. Our apartment had a washing machine, which came in handy. The shower was excellent and really refreshing after a long day.
Felt that it is secure, no complaints at all.

While the apartments can be a good size with decent furnishings, many could do with a refresh, showcasing chipped tiles and outdated appliances. One particular apartment I saw had a worn-out sofa and a dining set that felt more like unwanted relics than functional furniture. the shower setup was lacking. while it worked just fine, the space felt cramped and posed safety concerns with no proper handrails. Regular towel changes every four days is a bit sparse, especially for longer stays, and access to the pool area after check-out wasn't possible, leaving you high and dry before heading out.

The location is excellent, as it is centrally positioned between vibrant areas. The apartment complex provides a quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, and the responsive host made our experience enjoyable. the air conditioning was a real blessing, as it helped us unwind after a long day of exploring the area.
The only key for the entire apartment caused some inconvenience.
